John 5:18, talking about evil spirits, we talk about Satan cannot touch those who God has anointed.
Satan only possesses those who are not anointed by God. When someone is guided by God, is being protected from evil forces around him. He cannot be touched by evil spirits. That person cannot be possessed by any form of spirit.
If you're seeing a situation where someone is being possessed by evil spirits, know that that person was not covered by God. People who truly believe and serve God who never encounter a situation where they are being protected by the evil spirit, those who believe and serve him easily, can dwell in them in person.
The child of God cannot create a home for the evil spirit to dwell, so you have to believe and serve the Lord in order to avoid being touched by the evil spirit.
