Psalms 50:14-15
Am reading from King James Version
14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
On this verse is simply telling us to offer unto God the Thanksgiving that we deserve because he deserves our Thanksgiving and in the time of need that is coming to deliver us because if you offer to God to Thanksgiving his always going to be there for you there's no way you'll be lacking anything in your life because he knows you are always with him.
Let's look at Isaiah 60:1.
It says Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
Let me tell you a story about a man that is working for his master, his master gave him a portion of land for him to do his farming for five years, and this man have been farming on the portion of land for 4 years. And throughout these four years he always bring to his master what he have harvested on the farm land. Yam, corn, Millet etc. his master woke up one day and told him that they are visiting the farm land. When they got there the master told him his adding five extra plots of land for him and his family. That the five plot of land will now be his own forever, that he should come over to his house and get the papers.
You see what honouring your master can do for you. what more honouring God who is the creator of the whole universe. because God can actually give us everything that we want in this life.
Let's look at Luke 6:31. Do to others as you would have them do to you.
