First of all let me appreciate Bro Eli Soriano for all his good works to the people of God and the world at large, you see i have actually learn a lot from his teachings, like this one, i never really knew that the Gospel was actually a lifestyle of Jesus and we ought to in all ramification live ourlives patterned by these, so these makes the gospel of jesus a yardstick or a ruler for measuring how well we live as believers, as we see in the book of Phillipians 1:27..
Only let Your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of christ, so that wether i come and see you or absent, i may hear of you that you stand firm in one spirit with one mind, striving side by side for the faith of the gospel
These i learned and i'm glad i did, that the manner of ourlives is suppose to be according to the gospel, i will tell you what, the greatest deception of our time is the feeling teenagers have and that is the illusion of time and aging, the average teenager feels he or she will stay young forever, its is a part of reality there don't want to accept that they will grow old some day, that all the beauty and handsomeness one day will fade away, they believe time is just stagnant, not realising that time is running and we've got to do what we must do and on time...
Jesus himself in John 9:4 He said: i must work the work of him that sent me while it is day, for the night comes when no man can work, this here jesus wasn't really referring to day and night tho, but he was specific about the the youthful age and old age.
The best time of live is the tenaage age, the adolescent age, that is when every young person is in his or her prime, we feel invigorated, strong, vibrant, energetic, we feel we can literally lift the world , we can do anything we want to do yes, but the night will come Old Age, when no man can work.
Time will come when we actually want to do certain things for the lord but we can't not because we don't want to but because we are limited by certain factors, and reality of our state of being,
Bro Eli talks about Legacy, what will you be remembered for, what were you able to do for the lord in your prime, when you had the strength, the money, the time, the resources, what were you able to do, that can stand the test of time that you will be remembered for, lets every one of us utilise our time preciously and judiciously ....
