Knowing God's pefect time should become a top priority to every believer in the world, because if we miss it then we might take a long time again to get it, as we see in the case of the isrealites when they were departing Egypt to Canaan, a journey of just 11 days took them another 40 years to get to Canaan ... cause of disobedience, lack of discernment on what to do...

Bro Eli started by saying if we follow God's perfect will, we will definitely know his perfect timing and will for our life, you see a lot of believers lack this factor, so they miss it a lot.
If it's God's time it will be perfect but if it's man's timing somehow we will be struggling and that's not God's will for us to struggle or suffer....
Galatians 6:10 : If we have there for opportunity let us do good unto all me, especially of the household of faith
Such as an opportunity speaks of a perfect timing , God's perfect timing and so when we see it we should utilise these opportunities to do good unto all men....
The spirit of discernment will help us to notice opportunities and get them, just like the children of issachar the bible says they understood the times and what isreal ought to do per time, the bible also says in psalms ...dear Lord Teach us to number our days that we will apply our hearts unto wisdom, ... not doing things by the impulse of our emotion but by the spirit of God which dwells in us,. Cause by our own will we will do foolish and stupid things but if we wait patiently for God's timing it will be perfect and stress free
We should be diligent to observe times and seasons and to depend on the person of the holyspirit to lead us on what to do per time and to also apply our heart unto wisdom
