Isaiah 29:11-12 captures a very important part of this perfectly. The learned cannot do it because of the seed book, and the unlearned cannot do it because they have lack.
The problem is not intelligence, it's more about revelation. This message challenges that common assumption in our world that education or everything is automatically produced.
According to the scripture, understanding the word of God is not achieved by human effort alone, but granted by God. In 2 Corinthians 4: 4 explains that an active spiritual blind is at work, blinding minds, so that the light of Christ does not shine. This makes ignorance widespread, even among preachers, translators, scholars.
Daniel 12:9-10 brings the good message home. None of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. Wisdom here is not about academics. It is more of that moral, spiritual way. God has used his word to those who fear him, submit to him, and seek truth sincerely. We have been called to humility.
The Bible is not mastered by those who are carnation, but by obedience, purity, and the mercy that God has shown. To understand it means a divine gift, not that human achievement.
