We are created in the image and likeness of God. God created us for his own sake, to give him pleasure, to worship him, to praise him, to do his will, to do his purpose here on earth.
The commandment of God is not to be grievous. We must carry the nature of God in us, the relationship. They are the favorites to God.
As God's children, we must obey the will of God always. Let us know that God created us. The Bible says that God has chosen us out of all his beloved. The image of God which we carry makes us fellowship with him.
God created us to do his will. God created us in his likeness. So the nature of God must qualify us to always relate to God. Anyone who can't relate to God does not have the nature of God.
We must fellowship in him. We must maintain what God connects us with. The very reason why God created man in his own image is that he cannot enjoy his fellowship fully. God did not create sinners. Sinners are those who possess the nature of God always. This is very important in everything we do. We need to live according to the will and the power of God.
That is how God created us in his own image. We must also represent Christ truly here on earth and in order to align and connect to its will on Earth.
