God never created apple in this world to cause sin, and the fruit which Adam and Eve ate is not specifically named apple. God created everything and also created the tree that contains the fruit which God warned them never to eat from that tree. This was a test of obedience and trust, showing that humans were given free will to choose between right and wrong.
In this case their sin never came from eating the fruits because it was never a bad fruit, but God gave them an instruction which they disobeyed, that's where the sin is coming from. The serpent tempted them, and they chose to listen instead of trusting God. This act of disobedience brought sin into the world, not because the fruit was evil, but because they went against God’s instruction.
From the scripture in the bible about the sins of Adam and Eve. God wants us to be always obedience to him and follow whatever he tells us. The presence of the tree gave meaning to human choice. Even though sin entered the world through Adam and Eve, God’s plan of redemption was already in place, showing His mercy and desire to restore humanity.
