Bro Eliseo said that God cannot be everywhere but only His eyes are everywhere. I believe that also, but I will like us to see what He Himself said concerning this in Jeremiah 23:23-24
23 "I am a God who is everywhere and not in one place only. 24 No one can hide where I cannot see them. Do you not know that I am everywhere in heaven and on earth?
I don't know how authentic that GNT version is, but I stongly believe that if His eyes is everywhere, Then His presence is everywhere. For the Eye is part of the whole body..
