Encouraging young people is so important, both in life and in faith. The Bible doesn’t see youths as weak or too young to matter in fact, it lifts them up. Young people shouldn’t let anyone make them feel small just because they’re young. Instead, they can lead by example through how they talk, live, and love others. Sometimes youths doubt themselves, but with the right support and encouragement, they can grow in confidence and do amazing things with their lives.
When we look at the Bible, we see stories of young people who did big things. David was just a young shepherd when he faced Goliath, and Joseph was a teenager when his life took a hard turn but both trusted God and ended up making a huge impact. These stories are not just old Bible tales they’re reminders that God can use anyone, even in their youth. Today’s young people need to know that their background or mistakes don’t limit them. What matters most is a willing heart, faith in something greater, and a strong support system cheering them on.
Encouragement isn’t just saying “you can do it” it’s also teaching and walking alongside them. That means helping them build strong values, showing them how to handle life’s ups and downs, and being there for them through it all. When young people know they are loved, seen, and guided, they begin to discover their purpose. They can then walk boldly into their future, knowing they have the strength and support they need. That kind of encouragement can change a life.
