If there is something I have come to discover, it is the fact that we humans are given birth for one purpose. What I mean is there is no human being on earth that does not have a purpose.
When you understand that you have a purpose, it becomes easy for you to find out the purpose of human life. Actually life can really be so busy and confusing but whenever we stay on the word of God, it has a way of making us to understand much more better about life and why we are here.
For me, I have come to discover the bible teach not only about living in this world as there is a much more deeper reason why everyone of us is on this planet earth.
The purpose of everyone at first is to know God. There is the general purpose and there is the specific purpose. The general purpose of everyone is that we should know God, we should serve him and we should actually live according to his will.
That might look so difficult but actually that is what we are commanded to do and the earlier we do it, the better it will be for us. In Ecclesiastes 12:13, it says, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”
Not only that, I also believe that one of the major reason why we are living is that we are able to glorify God in everything we do. In 1 Corinthians 10:31, the Bible says, “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
As a human being and based on what this scripture just said, it means we should always reflect and think about our daily actions. The small things, are we honouring God or not.
Yes it might not be easy but that is the right thing to do and as far as we are commited to doing it, there is grace available for it.
