It was a great time in the presence of God as I was privileged to participate in the MCGI Cares Live Event via zoom. The program encourages us on how we can be a better Christian by carrying out tht duties of God here on Earth and also by obeying his commandments.
Important points noted during the program
First of all, Giving is the major topic for this program. It is obvious from the program that the MCGI Cares wants us learn something from the charity work they are doing. The goal was for us to emulate and also live a life of giving.
No matter where we find ourselves let us learn how to help and give to our neighbors and brethrens who are not privilege like you. The poor and needy are always around you, if there is any way you can help in your little ways don't hesitate to do that, be a blessing to someone's life so that God can reward you bountifully. Let us watch what the MCGI Cares are doing in the lives of people around the world and learn. *MCGI Cares, MCGI Shines....
Another major attribute to learn from this program is Obedience. Brother Daniel always urges us to always live in the fear of God. How we live in the fear of God, is by obeying his commandments and by living according to his doctrines.
Our primary duty on earth is to do the work of God who have sent us. We cannot live according to the will of God for us if we do not first obey the obey the commandments of God. When we obey the laws, commandments, and the doctrines of Christ, we are in line with God and his purpose for us will come to pass.
Abortion
The number people commiting abortion today are really much. Abortion is usually common among youths and teenager who are victims of unwanted pregnancy. Abortion is also legal in some countries and it is not punishable by the law.
What the Bible says about Abortion
Proverb 6:16-17
Bro Eli showed us what the Bible said about abortion, and bible verses shown above it is obvious that God prohibits abortion.
He who commits Abortion is not different from a person who is a murderer, they both engaged in the same act, because they have taken a life which they do not give, you cannot escape punishment from God. It is an abomination to commit abortion, so as Christian let us not engage in such an evil act, avoid fornication and adultery so you would not be forced to be in the situation where abortion is an option, because it is an evil act and also a sin. God help us as we live according to his will.
