Our physical well being should be of great importance to us. It wouldn't be wise if we run around chasing other things and put aside our health. We should cultivate healthy habits such as eating nutritious food, having adequate sleep, exercising regularly and every other measures needed to maintain a healthy living.
We may not really know the value of the good health we have until it declines. How we prevent this from happening is the kind of care and treatment we give to ourselves. Being Christians does not limit us from paying attention to our health. Little things we do on a daily basis over time contributes to our physical well-being.
Many people's health today especially those who have advanced in age is as a result of the kind of attention they gave to their bodies while they were much younger. The way we take care of our health at a young age will determine how healthy we are going to be later in time.
