Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful opportunity to listen to the word of God through His servant, Bro. Eli Soriano.
One important truth in life is that God allows believers to face tribulations because these experiences help shape us into better Christians.
The great Apostle Paul and the early Christians, who were faithful servants of God, also went through many hardships. This shows that as believers, we are expected to face tribulations in our journey of faith.
In 2 Corinthians 11:26–27, Paul explains the many dangers and sufferings he endured — from traveling through dangerous places, facing robbers and enemies, suffering hunger and thirst, enduring sleepless nights, and living in cold and hardship.
Through this, Apostle Paul teaches us that he personally experienced tribulations, and likewise, believers should be prepared to endure trials because they help strengthen our faith.
In Romans 5:3–5, Paul further explains that we should rejoice in tribulations because they produce patience. Patience builds character, character strengthens hope, and hope does not disappoint us because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
These scriptures show us the purpose of tribulation in our lives. Apostle Paul reminds us that we should glory in tribulations because they help us grow spiritually.
Bro. Eli teaches that tribulation is part of life, and as Christians, we should not run away from it. Instead, we should face it with faith, knowing that it will make us stronger and renew our hope.
