Where have we missed it? Where did we get it wrong? How come that most of our children are out of the way? How did we train them to make them turn out in a way that brings shame to us? Why are our efforts over our children not yielding positive results? May God have mercy on us.
We need the mercy of God over the lives of our children. Many of our children are living contrary to the commandments of God. We are in the church. We are hearing from the teachings of the commandments of God. What could cause our children not to follow the teachings of God that we are hearing? Are we not teaching them enough? The Word of God is the only agency that will be helpful in revealing the ways of God to our children.
Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Beloved brethren in the house of God, let us teach our children the ways of God. Let us show them what is good. Let us guide them in the right path. The Bible says that we should train a child in the way that he should go so that when he is old, he won't depart from it. The Bible is the best guide to use in training our children. We should expose them to the commandments of God. We should endeavor to make them follow the ways of God.
