According to God's word in the book of Matthew 28 vs 19-20 where we are instructed to spread the word of God not only that ensuring that those who follows what is written on bible are baptise. Baptism as we know comes as a result of accepting Jesus Christ as your lord and personal saviour and the readiness to do His will.
Baptism is done once. Baptism is not a necessity but a must for any soul saved by God and that follows the doctrines of Jesus Christ. Those we have many doctrines as anchored by several religion but in all the religion of Christianity which is the religion practice by Jesus Christ admonished and encouraged us to be baptized.
I will encourage us to obey God's word because when we obey He will bless us richly.
