Ask for forgiveness, admit that you did it and confess your sin to God
Meeting some you offended may cause something else or make the situation worse, the best thing is to beg for forgiveness from God.
Forgive those that sinned against you even if they don't ask for forgiveness. There's no man doing good that doesn't commit sin, so we should just confess our sin to God.
Once you have forgiven me and I have forgiven you, then we seek for the mercy of God and after that, we pray for each other.
If anyone committed sin that is not unto death, you have the obligation to pray for him for God to change him.
If we didn't forgive those that trespasses against us, then God won't forgive us as well.
Although you may not know everyone that you offend and you can't meet everyone that you offend, in that case, pray to God for forgiveness.
