God delivers the understanding of his words not everybody.
Why do people People in the highest and being highly educated are ignorant ouf the bible, it is not only those highly educated people who ate ignorant of the bible but practically everyone of the people of the earth can be considered some instance or two ignorant of the bible although there are people who know the bible who read the bible daily who preach the bible and who translate the bible into different languages.
We can see ignorance creeping in many places or in many areas of preaching and in many areas where human society fails to understand the word of God. The book of isaiah gives us the idea of how is not so easy to understand bible so being ignorant of the bible is a very easy thing to consider because to learn the bible is something which is above the norms in our earth.
Isaiah 29 verse 11 says,And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of the book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, i pray thee: and he saith, I cannot for it is sealed.
Verse 12, And the book is delivered to him that is not learned,saying read this,I pray thee ; and he saith, I am not learned.
This two verses compasses of two reality which the vision Like the visions in the bible of all is become unto you the bible says as the words of a book that is sealed which men deliver to one that is learned, one can be considered a doctor of theology etc.or those people in high society which are highly educated scientific minded etc. It is God that speaks in the pages of the bible and also in the pages of the bible there are does that try to disturb the truth being spoken by God in the bible. In the bible there is an enemy of God introduced us in the person of Satan and there are demons also with Satan that obscure or cause darkness in the minds of people for people to not understand the bible.
2 corinthians 4 verse 4 says, in whom God hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the night of the glorious gospel of christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
