We need to make sure we do our duties and be committed to the cause we are assigned to and we should not boast of our duties that we are meant to do. Because just as there are different gifts, we are all called to serve in different capacities.

We should endeavour to submit ourselves to our leaders and those put above us. Because whatever duty we have we meant to use it to serve one another.

So the essence of everything is that if one be lacking on one thing, it will be supplemented by another, because we are all in the brotherhood and helping each other in various ways.
If a brother be needy in anyway we try to help the brother out.
