Death of an infant is usually painful to the parents and God is not happy when little children die because He knows the trauma which the parents usually go through. This tells us that God understands the problem we go through everyday of our life. Jesus showed great love for children and welcomed them, reminding us that children are precious in God’s sight and their lives truly matter to Him.
Those who feel depressed and heart broken, God is always there for them. Most time we humans doesn't understand why a child died, but we must put hope and trust God always. In the story of David, when his child died, he found comfort in believing that he would see the child again one day. This gives hope that death is not the end, and that God has a purpose beyond this life.
In the book of revelation, God promised us that on the last day they will be no pain and death. For those who trust in Him, there is hope of eternal life. This hope can bring comfort to those who mourn the loss of a child, knowing that God’s love is stronger than death.
