The bible teaches about love and showing compassion and also being selfless to our fellow humans, the bible doesn't directly speak about organ donation. The bible teaches us that our body is the temple of God and we should respect and honour him with it. At the same time, the act of giving part of oneself to save or improve another person’s life can reflect Christ-like love and sacrifice, especially when done with pure intentions.
Jesus taught the greatest expression of love as laying down one’s life for others, which can be understood in a broader sense as acts of deep self-giving.
John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends”
Donating of organs either being alive or death means the act of love we have for one another, and that's the love Jesus Christ is teaching us.
Being selfless and caring means we are doing what God wants us to do. Saving someone's life by donating of our organ is good. If organ donation is done freely, without coercion, and in a spirit of compassion, it aligns with biblical values of caring for others and honoring God through loving service.
