Being healthy in a biblical way is by knowing that your body belongs to God and you must keep it holy at all time. We must be aware at all time to stay away from things that will harm us which are sins and embrace good things to help ourselves holy at all time. This includes proper rest, avoiding excess, and living in a disciplined way.
We should always be careful in what we eat so that we won't eat what is not holy in the eyes of God. A balanced diet and mindful eating reflect wisdom and gratitude to God for His provision. When we practice moderation, we not only protect our physical health but also strengthen our spiritual discipline.
As we take care of our physical body we should also take care of our spiritual health. We must always pray to God because that's the only means which we can communicate with him. A joyful and calm spirit contributes greatly to overall well-being and helps us stay strong even during difficult times.
