It takes a good discipline and obedience for us to keep our body healthy in the side of God. Our body is the temple of God, keeping it clean from sin should be mandatory.
1 Corinthians 6:19–20, it says, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.”
We should take good care of our body by avoiding some certain sins like smoking, adultery and taking bad against our fellow humans. The Bible also encourages self-control, helping us not to be ruled by unhealthy desires.
Staying healthy biblically is not only about the body but also about the heart and mind. A joyful and peaceful heart can strengthen the body, while worry and stress can weaken it. Trusting God, praying, and keeping faith in Him help us stay strong inside and out. When we follow God’s ways and live with balance, we can enjoy a healthier and more meaningful life.
