Death is part of the human condition according to the Bible. In the beginning, God created life to be good, but death entered the world because of sin. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, the consequence was separation from Him, and this brought death into human life. The Bible teaches that death is not how God originally intended life to be, but it became a reality because of human disobedience.
The Bible also shows that death is not the end of everything. It reminds us that life on earth is temporary, and there is a greater hope beyond this world. Those who trust in God are promised eternal life, and death becomes a passage rather than a final stop. This gives comfort to believers, knowing that God has prepared something better after this life.
