As humans there is a limit to the kind of information we can access. We cannot really know for sure when is God's perfect time. But what we do know is that whenever that time is definitely the best. In this life that we find ourselves there is time for everything. That's just how God designed this world.
There's a time to sow and a time to reap. There's a time for rejoicing and a time for sorrow. We do not have the power to manipulate any of these times. A time for a particular thing can only happen when it is the set time. For something to occur it had to be the time designed for that occurrence.
The and timing God has for a particular individual is usually different from another. We find ourselves in a society whereby people compare their times and seasons with other people. Just because something happened to someone or a group of people does not mean that if it doesn't happen to us at that time we are late.
In our eyes it may seem that way. But in God's eyes it is not yet time and that is why.
