God is so much merciful to those who come back to him to seek for forgiveness, throughout the new testament the bible teaches us that forgiveness is free to who ever that comes to God with a true repentance. The Bible teaches that God is loving and willing to cleanse people from their wrongdoing when they confess their sins with a humble heart. Through forgiveness, people can have peace with God and begin a renewed life.
Jesus showed us a good example of forgiveness by coming to die for our sins. His death and resurrection made it possible for sinners to receive salvation and reconciliation with God. The Bible explains that forgiveness is not earned by human effort alone but is given by God’s grace through faith. Those who accept God’s forgiveness are called to live in obedience and gratitude, avoiding sinful ways and showing mercy to others.
The Bible also teaches that believers should forgive one another just as God forgives them. Holding onto hatred, bitterness, or revenge goes against God’s will. True forgiveness brings healing, unity, and spiritual growth. When people forgive others sincerely, they reflect God’s character and demonstrate the love and compassion taught throughout Scripture.
