Prayer draws us closer to God. God wants us to have deep fellowship with Him. During the time of our first parents —Adam and Eve—God came to the garden of Eden every single day that they may have fellowship with Him. When we begin to see the importance of prayer we would value it and not take it for granted.
No man can be able to far with God without giving himself to prayers. If there's a man to pray then we are rest assured that there is a God to answer. God is still in the business of hearing our prayers when we call on Him. Everyday we find ourselves in presents us with another opportunity to go to God in prayers. It should be a habit that we should develop.
Even in times when we do not feel like we should probably because of circumstances that we are faced with this should not prevent us from praying to God. Prayer is more of a command. True and effective prayers is not something that we do by the arm of flesh, prayer is sponsored by the help of the spirit dwelling in us when we received Christ as our Lord and Savior. If we rely on the flesh we are highly limited.
This is because prayer is unpleasing to the flesh. But it is highly needed by the and what the spirit needs is of great relevance than what the flesh craves for or desires. As christians we should debunk the mindset that we have to be in a particular mood before we can pray. When it comes to prayers our emotions or feelings do not matter.
