In reference to the question, 'Does the Bible say anything about the inhabitable part of God's earth?'

Wisdom said rejoice in the habitable place of the earth.
God's intention for creating the earth is for it to be inhabited and not to be empty.
John 14:1-3 There is a place that is not yet inhabited, but the lord Jesus is preparing that space for us.
