John 1:12 (KJV) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
From the above bible passage,we would see that it is only those that believe in JESUS are the only ones that are the children of God.
Of course!!! We are all GOD'S creation,we can't deny that true fact but we all are not God's children but we become GOD'S children only when we return back to GOD
Sinners wont inherit the kingdom of GOD,it is only a man's son or children that can inherit their father's properties.
So in my own view,to becoming a child or the children of GOD,we must first turn our ways from sin or stop doing things that are contrary to the ways of GOD
