I learnt a whole lot from the teachings and response to questions by brother Eli of blessed memory.
First as at the time i tuned in i met him answering a young girl's question of her mom leaving her dad and brother Eli response to the question was and i quote "if people are married ,they are not meant to divorce but if any one of them leaves the marriage,he or she has cut the rope of law binding them together and such a person has committed adultery.
Romans 3:19 (KJV) Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
But if any one who is not under the law of CHRIST cuts or breaks marriage,he or she can marry again but in the eyes of people around him or her she has committed a crime"
Also a sister from Moscow, Russia asked brother Eli that what is we lack knowledge of the meaning of the word of GOD
And brother Eli response was that all of GOD'S words have meaning except it can't be properly explained by some pastors.
And he further said that we can't lack knowledge in the true church of GOD.
1 Corinthians 1:5 (KJV) That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
Bro Eli then used himself as an example and he said if he doesn't understand any verse in the Bible,he simply prays to God for understanding and he will receive it
