No human can take the life of anybody because taking someone's life is in God's hand because He's the only one that has the power to create nd to take life and the life of every living thing is in His hand.
In job 12:10 it is written that the soul of every living thing is in the hand of God and no human being can die without the permission of the father.
Heb 9:27 also made it clear that it is only God that appoints the death of a man.So in conclusion it is a sin to God if a law enforcer is forced to take someone's life in the line of duty because for the fact that it was God who created d life dat was taken nd not d law enforcer so it is a sin.Thankyou
