Why is it that of all the things that happened to us, it is the bad things that we have not been able to forget? Why do we forget other things but for the bad things we do not find it easy to forget? This is a question that all of us should reflect on. We should ponder over it. Why can't we forget about all the bad things? When you were young, people had done many things to you. When you were in college or in elementary school, people had done many things to you? Whenever you recall something about your school days, why is it that you only remember those things that are bad? Why is it easy to remember offenses and the people who offended you rather than the good things?
The answer to this question is because we do not walk in love. We are filled with evil in our hearts. We are filled with pains about others. We always think evil in our hearts. Tendency for offenses are much inside of us. So, all these makes it difficult for us to forgive those who sin against us. That nature is from the devil. It is the devil who stirs up our hearts to be provoked towards evil. When we walk in love we will forgive. Forgiveness comes from a heart of love.
