Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful opportunity to listen to the word of God through His servant, Bro. Eli Soriano.
Do we all truly worship the same God? Let’s think about it carefully. If humanity were serving one and the same God, why do we still experience so many religious disagreements and conflicts? Why is there division among people of different beliefs? When we reflect deeply, it becomes evident that we are not all serving the same God. If we were, there would be mutual understanding and acceptance of each other’s forms of worship. However, reality shows otherwise, indicating that the gods people serve differ, just as their ways of worship vary.
Who or what you choose to serve as God is very important. Your spiritual strength and direction are influenced by the power behind what you worship. For example, if someone worships an animal—like a snake—their spiritual influence is limited to that. If a person worships an idol, then their “god” depends on human effort to even exist or move. This shows that what you serve determines the kind of spiritual support guiding your life.
Jesus Christ revealed to us the true God—the Creator of heaven and earth. He is the source of our existence and the living God who deserves our devotion. While there may be many so-called gods, the true God described in the Bible is alive and active. Serving Him is meaningful and rewarding.
