Bananas are one of the favorite daily meal companions in my house, and I dare say in many too. They can be eaten in different ways and the number of recipes that exist today is incredible, as well as being a very nutritious food and it is known that the banana fiber it contains is beneficial for the better functioning of the body.
I think it is not an exaggeration to say that it can be consumed every day, either simply boiled or steamed with cheese and butter, it can perfectly be a quick and delicious breakfast that provides the necessary energy to start the day. Also at lunch they consume a lot known as fried slices, you can vary between whether you like to eat them green or ripe.
It is important to include it in the children's diet because of the amount of vitamins it contains, as well as potassium; its flavor is particularly sweet, especially when it is more mature. Personally, I don't like it very soft, which is when you can see the change in its shell from yellow to a little black; My daughters favorite being green and fried like tostones with salt.
It occurs in many countries and is also known by the name of banana, but here in my town it is banana.
