You write, you talk, but do you actually persuade the way a kid can?
I'm a pretty strict mom and my kids have been able to persuade me to do almost anything they've ever wanted lol! And I was able to do the same to my parents when I was a kid. I bet your kids are the same, no matter how strict you are.
You can learn a lot from your kids about persuading people to buy your course, program, service, or product, most people just don't realize how they relate.

Blair jams these five persuasion tricks into one sentence not because they’re comprehensive. Or they’re scientifically proven. Or they’re the latest tricks. No. He emphasizes them because they’re simple, instantly useful, and are almost frighteningly powerful.
Blair points out that Hitler used them and nearly took over the world. Cult leaders like Jim Jones & David Koresh used them and their followers willingly, even eagerly, died for them. These madmen used them well, but marketers, salespeople, entertainers, and kids use them too.
And notice in particular our sentence doesn’t say people will do anything for those who educate them, do what’s best for them, or even treat them fairly. It doesn’t say people will do anything for those who are eloquent, well-dressed, and pleasant. Nor those who make the best case for their proposals, who are reasonable and come across as intelligent.

Please don't tell me, "oh you can't persuade ME. I'm too smart for that." LOL! J-Ryze is a literal genius and so not easily fooled but when I pulled an experiment using these persuasion tricks...they worked. I tried 4 different things to see how easily I could get him to do what I wanted. Of course, he was annoyed by the end lol but that's because I pushed my luck. BUT regardless of his annoyance, my experiment worked.
And this proved to me that I can still indeed persuade easily. I did it all using these tricks. AND to make sure I wasn't 'cheating' I stood behind him so that my boobs had no influence on his decisions 😛
We are persuaded every single day. That Starbucks you stood in line for this morning, they persuaded you to do it. Those Nike's you HAD to have and paid a lot for...they persuaded you to buy them. That sleep-over you told your kid no to but ended up letting them go to...the kid persuaded you.
So you can say, "𝑜ℎℎℎℎ 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑚𝑒"...but it's not true. You're persuaded every day, all day. From the radio station, you listen to in the car, to the dinner, you make that night to the place you vacation at, to all the clothes in your closet.
