Hoy decidí compartir con ustedes sobre otra cosa que realmente me gusta mucho como son las plantas, sobre todo los cactus y las suculentas, específicamente d mi suculenta palito su nombre científico es Euphorbia tirucalli y también coloquialmente se le conoce como Arbusto de goma, Árbol dedo, Árbol de los dedos, Arbusto de leche, Palitroque o Abá , la cual tengo ya hace algún tiempo, la verdad para mí su peculiaridad y encantó, me flecharon desde la primera vez que lo vi. Creo que me identifico con él por ser diferente, noble y se adapta bien en todos los ambientes.
Un día intercambiando cactus con una vecina lo vi y sin pensarlo le dije que lo quería y me regaló una pequeña ramita y yo sin grandes expectativas de que pudiera echar raíces me lo lleve, para mí sorpresa simplemente en un poquito de tierra empezó a crecer y se terminó de robar mi corazón.
Por supuesto que lo coloque en una de ventana del frente de la casa, para que todos pudiera observarla y de eso tengo una anécdota muy divertida, un día por la mañana mi esposo entra a decirme que no me estresara, pero los bachacos se habían comido todas las hojas de mi mata y habían dejado los palitos sin hojas (les puedo decir que reí muchísimo), tuve que explicarle que era así, y así pasa con la mayoría de las personas que la ven por qué no es muy común y creo que eso es parte de lo que la define.

Primero que nada, trasplante mi suculenta hasta el lugar y la deje algunos días en una maceta para ver si se adaptaba al ambiente, por que como la mayoría de este tipo de planta el invierno y mucha sombra no les favorece, se adaptó fácilmente y ha seguido su crecimiento. Entonces limpie el área central del jardín, ubicándolo de tal manera que tenga el espacio suficiente para su crecimiento.
La verdad no soy muy experta trasplantando plantas, así que abrí un hueco en la tierra y procedí a colocar mi mata de manera que puede adherir sus raíces al suelo, le coloque un poco de tierra a su alrededor y listo, el día esta nublado y de seguro va llover y sé que esa agua será maravillosa para él. Ahora a esperar que crezca y se convierta en un hermoso árbol.
