On this occasion I send you many blessings and the best energies from Higuerote, land of the hot Caribbean Sea, where I spent a great and unique day with my family from the congregation where I attend.
En esta ocasión les envío muchas bendiciones y las mejores energías desde higuerote, tierra del caliente mar Caribe, donde pase un día genial y único junto a mi familia de la congregación donde asisto.
Today we undertook this trip where we could enjoy approximately 70 people between adults and children to Los Totumos beach, in Higuerote, as I mentioned before. This trip, the truth, was a surprise trip that we made to give a day of recreation to the faithful servants of the congregation with their families.
El día de hoy emprendimos este viaje donde pudimos disfrutar aproximadamente 70 personas entre adultos y niños a la playa los totumos, en Higuerote, como mencioné antes.
Este viaje, la verdad, fue un viaje sorpresa que realizamos para darle un día de recreación a los fieles servidores de la congregación junto a sus familias.
When we got to the beach it was quite empty, since it was a weekday and it was like they left it to us and nothing else. Seeing the children enjoy this day, children who had not yet been to the beach or people who had not come for years was really gratifying and very moving.
Al llegar a la playa estaba bastante vacía, ya que era día de semana y fue como que nos la dejaron para nosotros nada más. El ver a los niños disfrutar de este día, niños que todavía no conocían la playa o personas que tenían años sin venir fue realmente gratificante y muy conmovedor.
This day God prepared us a day of recreation, sharing, eating, laughing and enjoying this immense sea. The beach was warm and we decided to come to this beach because it is known for how shallow and serene it is, the children could enjoy themselves freely and the adults could relax without much effort.
Este día Dios nos preparó un día de recreación, compartir, comer, reír y disfrutar de este inmenso mar. La playa estaba calientica y decidimos venir a esta playa porque es conocido por lo poco profunda y serena que es, los niños podían disfrutar con libertad y los adultos relajarse sin tanto afán.
At lunchtime we were able to move a grill to the beach and it was very cool and delicious to be able to grill by the sea.
A la hora de la comida pudimos trasladar una parrillera a la playa y fue muy genial y sabrosísimo poder hacer parrilla a la orilla del mar.
The boys were able to play pin pon in the sand, the little ones built, but what impressed me most about the children is that since they arrived, none of them left the beach until they ate and when it was time to leave.
Los chicos pudieron jugar pin pon en la arena, los más pequeños construir, pero lo que más me impresionó de los niños es que desde que llegaron ninguno salían de la playa si no hasta comer y hasta cuando llego la hora de irnos.
For me it was an incredible day and I feel very blessed to meet such beautiful and humble people and have them as my second family. I hope it will be the first of many walks together and that I can also share them with you, my hiver friends.
Para mí fue un día increíble y me siento muy bendecida por conocer personas tan bellas y humildes y tenerlos como mi segunda familia. Espero que sea el primero de muchos paseos juntos y que pueda también compartirlos junto a ustedes, mis amigos hivers.
