It's not a mystery that Shaggy from Scooby Doo is a stoner. And those dudes Ed, Edd and Eddy are clearly on something. But there are some cartoon characters that are showing clear signs and yet most of us don't suspect them to be extremely smoked. Let's take a look at a few of those.
Droopy
Who remembers this slumbery looking dude from their childhood. I could never understand why he was the way he was. Slow responding, talking reaaaally relaxing and his eyes always half asleep. It's clear to me now, that he was secretly hot-boxing off screen.
Eeyore
This sad looking donkey can be a bummer from time to time when hanging out with his friends. But meanwhile he's probably having the time of his life in his own mind. Because while we think his demeanor is due to depressing, Eeyore is definitely consuming that ganja vibe.
Garfield
He's always sleeping, eating, snacking on lasagna and likes to pass his time playing pranks on the dog. Sound familiar? On to top it off Garfield's owner John thinks he can talk to his cat. There is no doubt in my mind that John and Garfield pass the occasional dutchie.
