It looks like the WOO-Splinterlands tournaments will continue on this year. We've been having a regular WOO Saturday Slam every week since the turn of the year in 2023. π In fact, don't miss out today's event too! It's about to start in about 4 hours as of this post! β°
Here's a quick overview of my battles and results for last week's WOO SATURDAY SLAM tournament. βοΈπ‘οΈ
Once again, to any Splinterlands player who might not be aware, WOO 
It takes place every Saturday (depending on your Timezone) and has an entry fee of just 1 DEC! Yup, you heard right. 1 DEC means the entry is practically free of charge! That means there's literally no reason not to take part at all π. There is zero risk involved and all you got to do is show up and have fun, and who knows? You might even perform well enough to take home some great prizes! π₯³

It looks like we have another tie breaker for the 1st and 2nd place. Both of them went on a perfect 13-0 win streak but even the tie breaker points were exactly the same! I've got no idea what algorithm Splinterlands uses to determine the winner from now on, but here we are. π±π
I did pretty decently with 9 wins/3 losses/1 draw to achieve a 23rd place finish. This meant I just managed to sneak in for a consolation prize slot. π I'll take that as a win especially after my dismal performance in the previous week.

Here's a quick preview of all the battles I fought en route to my final placing. Great battles from all my worthy opponents, it was an honour fighting against you. π Whether it's a win or loss, I take every battle as a learning experience - especially more so for any really close fights. π
(Once again, there were quite a number of "no-shows" this time round, literally gifting me with "free" wins. Not that I'm complaining though π€£, a win is a win! π)
