I noticed last night that there was discussion around the internet being blacked out in DC. Lots of people said they couldn't post to Twitter, and lots of accounts were hacked by a botnet as well. I have not yet gotten to the bottom of this though. Here is one tweet about this it's from the #dcblackout hashtag:
