Tenerife is loaded with abandoned places and I set out for one week to explore some of them. I never can say no to some URBEX especially if it's something like a Lepra Colony.
The abandoned grounds are right next to another colony - a town called Abades. It seems like that town only consists of holiday homes, everything looks the same and looks even more like a colony than the abandoned hospital.
In this video I got into all the different building of the Leper Colony, it's eerie but luckily people frequent pretty often outside. Seeing all kind of street art was a pleasant bonus and surprise.
