Growing up in the 20th century era, our lives mostly revolved around the fictional world of Jungle Book. The adventures, the serenity, the beauty of the Jungle. What makes these so exciting?
Well those who have visited the Northeastern State of Meghalaya will know it. The forests of Meghalaya have always reminded me of the untamed Natural world which the Jungle Book represents.
Among everything Meghalaya has to offer, Living Root Bridges stands unique not only in India but Internationally. You must have heard or visited some, maybe in Rewai near Mawlynnong or Nongriat Village (Home to Double Decker Living Root Bridge). But what if I present you something new, something raw.
I have always believed in exploring the unexplored and I always stand by it. Chasing the living root bridges last year, I ended up finding a whole lot of it. A village where Tourism is yet to knock, so raw that the Root Bridges are still in the best shape. A village where you will have plenty of adventures waiting for.
