You need:
-one bag of tiny potatoes (they are like chips)
-4 eggs
-1 cutted onion
- bacalao fish.
Cooking :
In a big sarten you fried the onions, when they are melt add the fish gently to the ingredients add the potatoes.
Now add the eggs, they need to stay creamy.
Salt and pepper.
Enjoy it. 😀

Receta de bacalao dorado
Necesitas :
-1 cebolla
-4 huevos
-bacalao
-papistas pay, o papitas de perros calientes
Cocinamos así :
En un sarten salteaa cebolla, cuando esté blanda agrega el bacalao, no lo nuevas mucho para que no se rompa.
Agrega las papitas y después los huevos, y dejas que se quede cremoso.
Agrega sal y pimienta y listo!
