We do not get into Brisbane city centre much but when we do is it always interesting and has a faster pace than our little part of the outer suburbs.
I dropped Hive account@consciouscat right at the Convention centre where the 2025 Mind Body Spirit festival was being held then went and parked the car for free at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
I did plan to do a bit of a run around town but I ran earlier so was happy with a bit of a walk around a few places I had not been to for years.
There are so many bridges across the river nowadays and I suppose there will be more in the future.
Entry into the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival was free, you just had to book a ticket online. I was not sure it would be for me as a lot of this sort of Woo Woo stuff goes right over my head. Caroline was working there helping some friends who had a stall promoting there business.
I am interested in a bit of the astrology stuff and wonder what effects all the other stars and planets have on the earth but I was surprised how busy the psychic readings, healing, and spiritual guidance area was. People were queue up the prices weren't cheap.
People watching was interesting, a very different mix to our local shopping centre.
The Human Design Stall where Hive account@consciouscat was working. It is sort of a personality profiling tool based on the position of the planets in our solar system when you were born. Sort of like Zodiac but lots more depth and detail. I am classed as a Manifestor. There is lots more information at https://www.carolinesouthwell.com/ if your interested.
It was an enjoyable walk back to the car along the Brisbane river after some dinner.
