The Northern Quarter of the great metropolis of Mancunia is under going serious gentrification, hi-rise blocks of apartments, being squeezed into every available space, all no doubt available ~~for hard working local people on low salaries~~ for greedy opportunists, venture capitalists from outside the UK snapping up what is available to then rent out at ridiculous prices to the gullible over paid and under worked yuppies. Mind you all the building work is sanctioned and agreed by the socialist controlling council, led by a neo-marxist mayor.
