Hello to all the friends of Hive, a big hug, today I bring you a report about a wonderful place that we have here, they call it "Fusterlandia"

En el barrio habanero de Jaimanita del municipio playa , se ubica está maravillosa obra , creada por Fuster ,este artista comenzó está proeza por allá por el año 1994 y hasta el presente se mantiene en crecimiento , inspirado en el arquitecto catalán Antonio Gaudí (1852-1956) y con algunas otras influencias en la figuración como el también prodigio español Pablo Picasso (1881-1957).
This wonderful work, created by Fuster, is located in the Havana neighborhood of Jaimanita in the municipality of Playa, this artist began this feat back in 1994 and continues to grow to this day, inspired by the Catalan architect Antonio Gaudí (1852- 1956) and with some other influences in figuration such as the Spanish prodigy Pablo Picasso (1881-1957).
Conceptualmente el artista recrea un mundo onírico alimentado por las creencias populares , sobre todo las campesinas de su tierra natal Caibarien, en Villa Clara, así como la literatura de autores como Onelio Jorge Cardozo y otros que también recogen todo ese imaginario mágico y maravilloso,además se ha inspirado en canciones e incluso situaciones actuales , con todo lo cual este gran creador ha construido esas imágenes con su inigualable visión durante todos estos años
Conceptually, the artist recreates a dream world fueled by popular beliefs, especially the peasant stories of his native Caibarien, in Villa Clara, as well as the literature of authors such as Onelio Jorge Cardozo and others who also collect all that magical and wonderful imaginary, in addition He has been inspired by songs and even current situations, with all of which this great creator has built those images with his unparalleled vision during all these years
Lo que empezó pequeño en su propia casa-estudio-galeria se fue extendiendo en multitud de formas por todo el terreno y resto del barrio , se fueron multiplicando los azulejos y con ellos las imágenes hasta crear un mundo propio que abarca gran parte de Jaimanita y con el que todos interatuan y se sienten orgullosos de tenerlo

Síntesis biográfica de José Antonio Rodríguez, Fuster
Nació el 6 de agosto de 1946 en Caibarién, Villa Clara, Cuba. Realizó estudios en la Escuela para Instructores de Artes (1963 – 1965), se inicia en el taller de cerámica de Cubanacán.
Ha realizado ilustraciones para diversas publicaciones. Participando en numerosos eventos y simposios internacionales. Ha recibido numerosos premios y menciones tanto en Cuba como en el extranjero
Biographical synthesis of José Antonio Rodríguez, Fuster
He was born on August 6, 1946 in Caibarién, Villa Clara, Cuba. He studied at the School for Arts Instructors (1963 – 1965), starting in the Cubanacán ceramics workshop.
He has made illustrations for various publications. He participating in numerous international events and symposiums. He has received numerous awards and mentions both in Cuba and abroad.
