Happy Sunday to the talented members of the great Streetart community. I wish all users the best. It's wonderful to participate in week 273 of the CCC Street Mural Contest
This week I am showing a beautiful mural on the facade of an old house, of a woman surrounded by flowers and holding the Venezuelan flag in her hands, considered one of the first Venezuelan women martyrs for freedom. Her name was Leonor de la Guerra, a young woman who confronted the colonial power at that time and paid with her life. She died tortured by the Spanish, accused of treason for removing the Spanish royal coat of arms and placing the tricolor flag in its place, an act worthy of a heroine.
This graffiti is also located in the historic center of the city of Cumaná, Sucre state.

Feliz domingo a los talentosos miembros de la gran comunidad Streetart. Les deseo lo mejor a todos los usuarios. Es maravilloso participar en la semana 273 del Concurso de murales callejeros del CCC Esta semana muestro un hermoso mural, en la fachada de una casa antigua, de una mujer rodeada de flores y en sus manos sotiene la bandera de Venezuela, considerada una de las primeras mujeres venezolanas mártires por la libertad. Se llamaba Leonor de guerra la cual era una joven que enfrento al poder colonial en ese tiempo y pago con su vida. pues fallecio torturada por los españoles acusada por traición al retirar el escudo real español y colocar la bandera tricolor, fue acto de toda una heroina. Este grafitti esta ubicado también en el casco historico de la cuidad de cumaná, estado Sucre.
