The daily impulse buy. Sipping on this relaxing after a day. I'm also trying to post from Ecency more. I'm really starting to love that app.

First time trying one of these "moonshine" products. Not bad, I'd probably get this again. I've had the real thing, and at 70 proof, this isn't bad.
It really does taste like apple pie with a nice kick. I'm usually not a big fan of these flavored alcohols but this is very pleasant on a cold winters eve. Not super sweet either and you can still tell that you're drinking grain alcohol 🤣
I actually wish I would have bought more than just 1 - 50 ml bottle.

The bottle was actually why I decided to try it though. I thought it would make a really great weed jar. 🤣😆😂
I wasn't sure about posting this to the whiskey community, but technically, shine be whiskey! The gubment boys make them age it in burnt oak casks to give it that caramel color. I think I'm right about that? Correct me if I'm wrong. Obviously, things have changed or I wouldn't have been able to buy this at the local liquor store.
Although grain alcohol more resembles vodka we consider it moonshine "whiskey".
I think it's great seeing all these moonshine products hitting the market. This is another part of American culture that has been hidden away and demonized for far to long in our country.
Regardless of how you feel about home distilling, this is just a little piece of Americana history now literally being watered down and pushed onto the mainstream public. Not sure how that makes me feel.
Well there's always quality control I guess and knowing it was distilled in a nice clean quality-controlled environment. 😄
Cheers, from wintery Buffalo NY!
