Here's my 7th Splinterlands Guild Brawl Report for PIZZA 2 The Deep Dish. I've joined the Pizza 2 Guild over at the PIZZA DISCORD and was introduced to the world of Guild Brawls in Splinterlands. It has been an interesting experience to say the least. 🎉🥳🎊
Guild Brawls are generally the same as Battles, but with some minor tweaks (of which I'll save for another day). Lets get right down to business as I analyze my brawls.
⚔️🛡Let the Battles Commence⚔️🛡
LOST. I might have won if my opponent didn't completely out level me. His level 3 Forgotten One had retaliate which completely turned the tide of battle.
WON. The opponent might have had a slightly higher level Djinn Oshannus, but I picked a better lineup overall and deservedly won.
LOST. Completely out levelled by my opponent who had everything maxed out for this Silver fray. I did not stand a chance at all in a mirror matchup.
LOST. The opponent's Gladius card, Quora Towershead, which was his main Tank, completely obliterated my team strategy. This shows how powerful gladius cards are. I'm certain I would have won had it been any other non-gladius tank.
WON. I would have expected to lose this match. Max level opponent with almost max levelled cards. However, in low mana setups, Lorna's divine shield ability for the entire team is invaluable. Every card is able to take 1 more hit, which turns the tide of the battle even against a much stronger opponent.

I finished with a win-loss ratio of 2 wins and 3 losses. Slightly below average. I think it's an acceptable result though. The battles that I lost were to high level superior opponents, so there's not too much I can complain about. I also scored some victories against much higher level opponents too, which always makes for a very satisfying win. But I could have probably made some tweaks to hopefully achieve a better result. Oh well, every battle is another lesson learnt. I'll do better next time round! 👍😄

PIZZA 2 Guild managed to finish in 3rd place! 🏆🏆🏆
An improvement from the previous 5th place. We had a nearly even win-loss ratio overall. The 1st and 2nd placed guilds were both significantly stronger and thus, I think we did well overall.
Great Job from everyone who took part in the Guild Brawls! I'm proud of you all! 👍👍👍
