After completing the first mission, a new quest is unlocked. Bayek's levels up to 2 and gains an ability point. With those points, I unlock a skill that gives me extra XP every time I assassinate. This will make it easier to level up quickly.
The new quest was called “The Family Reunion.” A woman in the town wrote a letter saying that her husband, Teramone, and several other farmers had been captured by soldiers for not paying their overdue tax. Bayak was asked to rescue them.
When Bayak arrived at the place where the prisoners were kept, he saw many soldiers guarding the gate. So instead of entering directly, he climbed over the palace wall and entered. After entering, he encountered two soldiers. A fight broke out between them and Bayak was slightly injured but eventually defeated them.
He then used his eagle Senu to locate the prisoners. Senu circled the entire palace and pinpointed exactly where the Teramons were being held. It wasn't easy to get there, as there were many guards all around. Bayak sneaked across the roof and reached the place.
This time, instead of fighting directly, he secretly attacked the soldiers from behind and killed them one by one. This did not reduce his health and no one could even notice. Those he killed in the open, he removed their bodies and put them aside so that others would not notice.
A guard was guarding from the top of a tower. Bayak climbed up and killed him quietly before he could even react. This type of assassination gives so much pleasure.
After killing all the guards, he opened the prison. Although the other peasants were alive, Teramone was found dead. He had been tortured a lot, and he died from that injury. This made Bayak very angry and sad. He picked up Teramone's body and left the place on the back of his camel.
As he flees, other soldiers see him and chase him, firing arrows from a distance. One arrow hits Bayak, but does not cause any serious damage. In the end, he escapes by eluding everyone and delivers the body to Teramone's house.
There, he hears even more sad news. Teramon's wife and children have also been killed by the soldiers. Bayak is deeply saddened by the news. Later, he talks to Teramon's brother, hands over the body, and leaves.
