Through the statues, I had to find the secret of the Meridian Touch. I began by examining Yan Kiren, who was a statue himself. To my surprise, he could still talk, offering cryptic clues about the ancient techniques while remaining frozen in stone among the other silent figures.
After talking to Yan, I was finally able to release the mystic skill titled Meridian Touch. In an attempt to help him, my character performed the technique. He relieved the Yan from his statue form, his skin finally turning back from cold stone.
After I learned this new skill and helped the man, the quest for Meridian Touch, which functioned as a side mission, was officially completed. The notification flashed on the screen, signaling that I was now ready to take this power and return to the primary path ahead.
The main story was bounded with Heaven's Pier, so I had to return there immediately. While I was walking ahead, I noticed the statues of Jianghu and Uncle Jiang. My character paused, thinking that maybe this group really was his long-lost family.
I found a member of a martial fellowship on my way who was focused on practicing his martial arts. His movements were fluid and precise. I didn't engage with him at all, choosing instead to keep moving toward my ultimate destination.
I kept moving towards the spear, and when I was passing a wooden floating bridge, I couldn't help but capture some photos. The place looked beautiful, reflecting the serene and ancient atmosphere of the high peaks.
After reaching the other side of the bridge, I noticed several kites in the air. There were multiple kites attached to a single rope, all of them floating gracefully against the blue sky.
The landscapes around that area were truly beautiful. I hid my character from the frame to capture the pure essence of the environment. The sunlight hit the cliffs perfectly, creating a cinematic view.
After returning to Heaven's Pier, I had to find Uncle Zhou, who is the father of Ruby. He looked worried when I approached him. He said Madam Han was waiting for me and warned that I better hurry back or she would have me kneeling again.
I had to return to Blissful Retreat to meet Madam Han, so I started running as fast as I could. I noticed some Will of Heaven disciples were also running on the road, strangely half-naked.
I kept running while enjoying the beautiful environments, but then I suddenly remembered my horse. I called for it, and the loyal animal appeared quickly. I started riding it at a full gallop.
At last, I reached the entrance of the Blissful Retreat. As I crossed the threshold, the title card for the main story Chapter One, "Heaven Has No Fear," appeared on the screen. The real journey was only just beginning as I prepared to face the Madam.
